Ron Lord is a Vice President at Broadridge Investor Communication Solutions, Inc. Before joining Broadridge, he served as Chief Operating Officer of CompSci Resources, LLC, a privately held technology company acquired by Broadridge in 2024. Prior to his role at CompSci, Ron practiced law, focusing on complex commercial litigation involving business torts, corporate contract disputes, and federal securities fraud claims. He also served as General Counsel and Associate General Counsel for a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, where he advised on a broad range of corporate, governance, regulatory, and commercial legal matters. Ron received his Juris Doctor from Cornell University Law School and bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America.
