Diversity Career Fair

AABANY’s Career Advancement Committee is hosting its Annual Diversity Career Fair & Expo at the 2025 Fall Conference from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The Diversity Career Fair & Expo will feature selected public sector, corporate sector, and law firm employers who will host informational sessions, meet and greet interested applicants, and/or conduct first round on-site interviews. In addition, attendees can meet members of AABANY’s Career Advancement Committee and receive career advice, as well as learn more about other job openings.

The Diversity Career Fair & Expo is free for all registered attendees of the Fall Conference. Registrants can indicate their interest in attending the Diversity Career Fair & Expo by checking off that box in the registration form.

Law students or prospective employees attending only the DCF and not the rest of the Fall Conference to meet employers participating in this year’s DCF may do so for free by sending a request to [email protected], with the subject line “DCF only attendance.”

If you are interested in interviewing with any of these employers, please submit applications for on-site interviews to [email protected] by September 12, 2025. In the subject line, please list 2025 DCF Interviews, your name, and the employers that you are applying to (e.g., “2025 DCF Interviews – Jane Doe – Kings and Queens DA”). The Pre-Screening Requirements for each employer will be shared at a later date.

If you have any questions about the Diversity Career Fair & Expo, please email [email protected].
