Matthew Criscenzo has been with Broadridge since 2002 and is currently a Vice President, advising Issuers on Corporate Governance Matters. In this role, he assists corporate issuers in all verticals and sizes with their shareholder communications needs. As a seasoned executive with a diversified background spanning various outsourcing service provider industries, Matt has worked on the development and growth of the Virtual Shareholder Meeting offering since its infancy in 2009. He now focuses on bringing the needs of the Issuer community to the Broadridge product development team, expanding the suite of service offerings Broadridge provides.
