Kabir Duggal

Kabir Duggal is a partner in Akin’s international arbitration practice and a widely recognized practitioner, arbitrator, mediator, and academic in the field of international dispute resolution. He has served as counsel and arbitrator in complex investor-state and commercial disputes across jurisdictions and industries, teaches international arbitration at Columbia Law School, and is a Chartered Arbitrator and accredited mediator. He is also a prolific author and frequent speaker on international arbitration and public international law.
