Vanessa Wills, LCSW, MS, C-SWHC, ASW-G, CASW-CM is a
Social Worker who specializes in Geriatrics and Health Care.
Ms. Wills’ 20 years experience as a Medical Social Worker, has
allowed her to develop an understanding of how multiple
medical problems can impact an individual and their
caregivers. She has also amassed a knowledge of community
resources that has proven to make a difference in the life of her
clients and those who care for them.
Her role as a Care manager and a Guardian has allowed her engage a diverse population, with varied decision making capacities and their loved ones. Her practice’s ultimate goal is for her clients to continue to “live their best and happy life,” while overcoming challenges that they face and to stand firmly in the present and focus on the future, while enjoying the moment.
