Tiffany Yeung is a cybersecurity and data privacy attorney at Philip Morris International (PMI). A Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals, she counsels on all phases of incident responses, which include scoping incidents, coordinating forensic investigations, engaging with law enforcement and regulatory bodies, and assessing legal obligations under state, federal, international, and contractual frameworks. She also prepares incident response plans and guides initiatives to strengthen overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Before joining PMI, Tiffany practiced at law firms representing organizations in matters involving cybersecurity and data privacy. Her prior experience also includes defending insurers in coverage and contract disputes, general liability, premises liability, and workers’ compensation.
During law school, Tiffany served as vice president of the Asian Pacific-Islander American Law Student Association, and also held compliance and ethics and in-house counsel fellowships at a healthcare company and Temple University’s Office of University Counsel through the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group. Prior to law school, she was a middle school teacher.
