Nicole Fink is Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins, where she advises multinational corporations on complex employment-based immigration matters. With over a decade of experience, she handles high-volume visa work across H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, EB-1, and O-1 categories, as well as PERM labor certifications, national interest waivers, Outstanding Researchers, Schedule A, and immigration due diligence in M&A transactions. Nicole is recognized for her use of technology, including data analytics and workflow automation, to modernize corporate immigration program management for clients in healthcare, technology, financial services, and clinical research. She is a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) and the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey (APALA-NJ).
Nicole currently serves as Chair of the AABANY Immigration Law Committee.
