Rita Lin is an intellectual property attorney, entrepreneur, and the founder of ESQed, a continuing legal education startup dedicated to helping IP attorneys AI-proof their careers. A builder at the intersection of law and technology, Rita also co-founded Subuno, an e-commerce fraud prevention company. Throughout her legal career, she has specialized in advising clients on complex IP disputes, patent and trademark matters, and the legal implications of emerging tech trends. Alongside her work at ESQed, she continues to manage her IP boutique law firm focusing on patent and trademark prosecution, brand protection, and technology licensing for startups.
Rita holds dual B.S. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, California, and before the USPTO.
